How it Works
There’s 5 stages to my signature POWER method:
Punctuate your “why”: get crystal clear on your goals and the WHY behind them.
Observe : we deep-dive into your current habits for heightened awareness about your nutrition what/when/why and how. We’ll also identify what behaviors are holding you back.
Waken your potential: In this stage we gradually incorporate new behaviors intended to make you and your health stronger. They are individual elements that, when woven together, form a strong fabric.
Empower : you feel authority in what you choose and how you feel. You are listening to yourself more than anyone (me!) else or anything else(diet culture!). In the final weeks of the program we elevate your knowledge with lessons on metabolism, how to navigate travel and special events and any other curve balls so you are confident and regardless of what life throws at you.
Rinse & repeat : your behaviors implemented during our time together will carry you for a lifetime. Consistency is what will get you and keep you there! A final 1:1 call with me happens within 2 weeks of the program concluding.

What’s really cool about the POWER method, is you learn HOW to plan and create your meals. Have you heard the quote “give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”? I feel the same way about meal plans. If you don’t learn to meal plan you’re losing out on sustainability.
So yeah, I got you.
The life management hamster wheel is *so real*. The whole goal of the POWER system is to empower you around day-to-day nutrition behaviors that are draining you and keeping you from feeling your best and reaching your goals. By working together for 90 days, you’ll be able to walk out of this program with more confidence and ease around food than you ever thought possible. (No more hiding in the pantry sneaking handfuls of chips or beating yourself up for decisions you make.) I recommend setting aside 1-2 hours per week to get the most out of this program (~30 min for coaching calls/Q&A, 30 min for the weekly workbook/lesson. Time for implementation will vary, for some it requires no extra time!). The long-term pay off of building new habits to support your goals and life is sooo worth it.
Firstly, YES! I’d classify the POWER method as a hybrid. You get two 1:1 sessions with me during the 90 days! Throughout the program you are focused on your individual goals. You’ll have a platform to ask questions, get answers from me as well as weekly education and action items. It’s an incredible system that’s had powerful results. I’ll walk you through the whole process and help you get clarity, so by the end you have developed behaviors and habits you’re *so excited about* that really make a sustainable impact.
In addition to a private on and off-boarding call with me, you'll have access to a Facebook community of women who are going through the same process! Groups with the most engagement get the best results. I will post regularly in this group to keep you accountable, and I encourage you to post in the group as often as you'd like!
Part of the program is solidifying your habits so you leave the program with confidence! You'll have lifetime access to the membership portal should you wish to revisit lessons or view any new material that's added in the future!
If you and I both feel that you need enhanced continued support, you may transition into my one-on-one coaching program.
Because you receive access to the program upon registration, we do not offer any refunds. If for some reason you are not able to complete the course, please contact us and we can try to accommodate you in a later group. However, we do not offer any type of refund.
