What’s really cool about the course is you learn HOW to plan and create your meals utilizing gentle nutrition while still appealing to your taste satisfaction facotrs. Have you heard the quote “give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”? I feel the same way about meal plans. If you don’t learn to meal plan you’re losing out on sustainability.
So yeah, I got you.
That said, I totally understand we sometimes need some gentle nutrition inspiration. SO, all course participants have the option to purchase my meal guide bundle (4 months of weekly meal guides + grocery lists!) which centers around easy to prepare, gentle nutrition meals for each season.
The life management hamster wheel is *so real*. The goal of this course is to educate and empower you around YOUR schedule!
I'd recommend focusing on no more than 1 principle (module) per week. This process can't be rushed! Some people spend several weeks solidifying aspects of one module. You are the judge when it comes to pace...and because you have lifetime access to the program, there's no need to rush :)
That's up to you! There's always an option to book a private intensive call (or more!) with me to help (and each call comes with 1 week of Voxer voice-memo support)!
The program ends when you choose!
Remember, though : this is a foundational course.
It's ok if you feel you could use extra personalized guidance once you get your feet wet with the program.
Some of you may choose to transition to working with me 1:1 after the course to get more individualized attention and to solidify your habits, which is awesome!
Because you receive access to the program upon registration, there are no refunds.
